A Horrible Round

I played golf yesterday with a few of the members at my club, and I shot a whopping 89. I had a 38 putts and way too many mental mistakes. The whole round I felt like I couldn't get my mind and my hands to perform the same task. It was a struggle and quite frankly an embarrassment. So to remedy the situation, I am going out to work early and practice for about two hours. I know I have things I need to work on, but most of them don't deal with swing mechanics.
